Toddlers

Each toddler room provides a nurturing learning environment, which allows your child to develop at their own pace. Children are provided with theme-based activities through art, fine motor, music, sensory, and more. We also offer an outdoor play area and an indoor gross motor room when the children are unable enjoy the outdoors because of inclement weather.

Toddler 1

Our Toddler 1 room is for children 15 months to 2 years. In this classroom, the children are transitioning from our infant room and are working on newly acquired skills. While engaging in age appropriate activities, children are taught basic self-help skills. Throughout the day, teachers and their aides read and sing to each child to develop and promote interactive and linguistic skills.

Toddler 2

The Toddler 2 classroom encourages your older toddler to increase their self-help skills and prepare them for preschool. Our classroom has a low teacher to child ratio to allow the teacher to work with each child and their parents on potty training those who are ready. As each toddler grows, they graduate from sippy cups to regular cups, and are taught how to use scissors, large pencils, and how to care for their own belongings. Once your child reaches 2.9 years of age, your little one will be off to preschool.
